And they were there the morning in Moscow that transformed my life, the day I rushed back to my hotel room to write a story that seemed to burst out of me. 

The following morning they could not have been more generous with their kindness and genuine excitement for me when they offered their congratulations on my story's posting on the Track and Field News website.
